Worthing Southeast Builders retains an experienced team of professionals to guide every project we undertake. Each team is lead by the Executive Vice President. The daily operations team include:

Executive Vice President -
  Develops and maintains client relationships during the course of the project. The Executive Vice President is the primary contact during pre-construction and estimation, and the ultimate authority during the construction process. He interfaces with Project Management and Estimating team, and will also design the format for and attend monthly job progress meetings with the owner and assist with any construction issues.
Project Manager -
  Provides quality leadership to the entire project team and is responsible for overall project scheduling, contract buy-out and administration. The Project Manager initiates all contracts and purchase orders, prepares and monitors job progress schedules and ensures the timely flow of information to appropriate parties during the course of the project. The Project Manager also works with the Project Consultants and Owner.
Estimating Staff -
  Oversees all estimating activities for the company from pre-construction to the final phases of projects. The Chief Estimator works closely with the owner to develop accurate budgets from concept to completion of a project. The supporting staff aids pre-construction estimation and primarily focuses on project buy-out.
Project Superintendent -
  Manages all field operations and personnel to ensure a safe work environment and adherence to quality and design standards. Project Superintendents maintain a complete project schedule and monitor critical path activities; insures contract and code compliance; arranges site and building inspections; coordinates delivery and scheduling of subcontractors, materials and equipment. The Superintendent is also directly responsible for keeping the entire jobsite in compliance with all safety and OSHA guidelines.
Assistant Superintendent -
  Works with Project Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate and control all field operations. Ensure that subcontracted work is performed in accordance with contract specifications. The Assistant Superintendent works directly with the Subcontractor's and Superintendent to maintain optimum working conditions for all parties. Manages onsite labor staff.
Field Office Manager -
  Full time office manager at each project assists Superintendent and staff with subcontractor administration and material delivery. Responsible for upkeep of daily job progress and material reports as well as minor subcontractor pay requests and field payroll, and transmitting that data to the corporate office on a timely basis.
