Steven Ingram, Executive Vice President, is the Chief Operating Officer of Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. and a partner of the firm.

Prior to joining Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. at its inception in July 1989, Mr. Ingram was Vice President of VRI Builders, Inc., in Temple, Texas. VRI Builders, Inc. was a general contractor of multi-family apartments with operations throughout the southern and eastern United States.

Mr. Ingram has been involved in the construction of multi-family projects throughout the country since 1978. Mr. Ingram currently holds general contracting licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida, among the southeastern states, which require examinations of contractors.

Mr. Ingram is a 1977 graduate of Tarleton State University and is involved in the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and other civic and professional associations.

Chris Lannon is the Vice President of Construction and has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since 1996.

Mr. Lannon's responsibilities include developing take-off quantities, conceptual estimating, buy out and contract negotiations for Worthing Southeast. Prior to joining Worthing Southeast, Mr. Lannon was an Assistant Estimator with Dominion Development Corporation. Mr. Lannon also has experience with single-family development specializing in custom homes for move-up buyers.

Mr. Lannon is a 1991 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction with a Business minor.

Kem Carstarphen is the Vice President of Operations for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Ms. Carstarphen has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since 1992. Ms. Carstarphen has been involved with all aspects of the company since joining Worthing Southeast. She currently implements the WSEB safety program and coordinates all field offices and procedures including project permitting. Ms. Carstarphen also oversees the day to day accounting and administrative operations of the company and manages overall project costing and budgeting in conjunction with the Project Managers.

Ms. Carstarphen is a 1992 graduate of the University of Georgia and is fluent in Spanish.

Steve Snodgrass is a General Superintendent for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. Snodgrass came to Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. in 1995 as a Project Superintendent and in the summer of 2000 moved to the corporate office as a Project Manager. Currently Mr. Snodgrass acts as a General Superintendent / Project Manager coordinating with all of the ongoing projects. His responsibilities include project buy-out, contract negotiations, administration and oversight of all aspects of multi-family development. He has over twenty-five years experience in multi-family activities. He had thirteen years tenure with the predecessor of Worthing Southeast Builders as a Project Superintendent. Subsequent to this, he was vice president of a landscape development company specializing in luxury apartment communities.

Mr. Snodgrass has extensive excavation and utility experience. He is a 1970 graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

Jim Carr is a Project Manager with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Since joining Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. in 1996, Mr. Carr has been involved with estimating, buyout, contract negotiation, project administration, and the overseeing of multi-family construction activities. Before this, Realty Construction Corporation employed him as the Senior Project Manager. His responsibilities included multiple projects in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Mr. Carr began his multi-family career in 1984 with Calibre Company of Georgia. He has worked continuously in the Atlanta area supervising the construction of apartment and condominium projects.

Mr. Carr is a 1978 graduate of Spring Garden College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology. He is currently associated with several community and professional organizations.

Douglas Smith is a Project Manager for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Prior to joining Worthing Southeast Builders, Mr. Smith was Director of Construction for Julian LeCraw & Co., Inc. in Atlanta, GA. Julian LeCraw & Co. is a developer of multi-family apartments with operations in the southern United States.

Mr. Smith has been personally involved in the construction of multi-family projects throughout the southeast as Project Manager or Director of Construction since joining Julian LeCraw & Co. Mr. Smith has also worked as a Project Manager for several hotel developers throughout the country.

Mr. Smith is a 1973 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and is a member of the Atlanta Area Apartment Association and other civic and professional associations.

John Doragh is a Project Manager for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. Doragh comes to Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. from Engineered Concepts, Inc. He has been intimately involved in the planning and construction of both multi-family and commercial developments throughout Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Utah during his 20-year career in the construction industry.

Mr. Doragh is a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction with a Bachelor's Degree.

Jeff Bryan is an Project Manager for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. Bryan's responsibilities include quantity and cost estimating, buy-outs, contract negotiations, scheduling, and some project administration. Mr. Bryan joined Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. in the spring of 1999 as an intern and upon completing his internship and graduating from college stayed on with Worthing Southeast permanently.

Mr. Bryan is a 1999 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science with a Business minor. Mr. Bryan is also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida.

Joseph McDonald is an Project Manager for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. McDonald joined Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. in 2007. He has been directly involved with buyouts and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Worthing Southeast, Mr. McDonald worked for Jordan & Skala Engineers as a lead plumbing and fire protection engineer. Mr. McDonald spent over 10 years as an engineering consultant for residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.

Mr. McDonald is a 1996 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree.

Jason Price is an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. Price has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since the spring of 2004 where he has been directly involved with estimating, buyouts, and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Worthing Southeast, Mr. Price worked as the lead estimator for a small parks and recreation general contractor. Mr. Price started his career in multifamily with AMLI Residential Construction as an assistant project manager while working through college, and after graduation he moved into the field as an assistant superintendent.

Mr. Price is a 2002 graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction with a concentration in Real Estate Development.

Traci Leonard is the Office Manager / Executive Assistant for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Ms. Leonard has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since 1999. She currently oversees all day-to-day administrative procedures. In addition she tracks Contracts, Purchase Orders and Change Orders from issuance to execution. Ms. Leonard also assists with personnel benefits and issues as well as performing all of the duties inherent to an Executive Assistant.

Kimberly White is the Senior Accounting Associate for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mrs. White has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since 1998. She has been involved with accounts payable, contract management, and insurance management aspects of the company since joining Worthing Southeast. She also assists the Controller and Special Projects Manager in day to day activities and leads new-hire training in the accounting department. Prior to working for Worthing, Mrs. White was a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.

Pat Desila is the Accounting Associate for Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc.

Mr. DeSilva has been with Worthing Southeast Builders, Inc. since 1999. Mr. DeSilva tracks and verifies monthly draws, costs relating to subcontractor draws and processes payments to subcontractors. He also assists subcontractors in dealing with state agencies in tax issues. In addition to theses duties, Mr. DeSilva provides support to both the Controller and Special Projects Manager on a daily basis.
